Frances A. Ohaeri is an MSW and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who received a Bachelor’s in Social Work and Master of Clinical Social Work from California State University, San Bernardino. Frances has experience in working with individuals and groups with a variety of needs including low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger, emotional regulation, self-harm, behavioral and social problems, adjustment challenges, and many different mental health diagnoses. Frances utilizes a client-centered approach; she is empathetic, non-judgmental, and holds unconditional positive regard for her clients.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cal State San Bernardino and my Master’s degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Cal Baptist University. I have years of experience treating children, teens and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other stress/mood related disorders.
I understand that sometimes stress can occur amidst personal growth and major life changes, which can be tough to maneuver alone. With the right support and effort on your end, I am here to guide you in finding positive ways to cope with the obstacles and equip you with the tools necessary to achieve your desired goals in life.
